What is the shipping policy?
All orders placed at LEDLightingDepot.com (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24
hours Monday through Friday! All orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be
shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be
processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders for multiple items can be shipped in separate shipments upon customers’ requests.
LEDLightingDepot.com will charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.

providing our customers with a carrier that is reliable and responsible with their
shipments. We are also able to provide our customers with the latest technologies with
order tracking so that every package we ship can be traced to their exact location at
anytime prior to delivery. The following are the shipping methods supported by USPS/UPS
(United Parcel Services)/FedEx with a description on the suggested travel time. We do
not guarantee the delivery time.

What is your Backorder policy?
In the event that we don't have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the
items from the manufacturer within 2 weeks, we will notify you right away via e-mail
and/or phone, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship
your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship out the entire
order once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped
